COMPASSIONATE ACCOUNTABILITY."Showing the way, not being in the way"

Individuals Working with African American Men and their families

This conference offers the African American community, and those serving this community, an opportunity to learn about and discuss an alternative way of thinking about community building "from inside out" versus "the outside in". By addressing the blind spots linked to intergenerational trauma that acts as barriers to collaboration, leadership succession, sustainable change, community empowerment and "compassionate accountability".
