Minnesota Harrison Neighborhood Association (HNA) is a resident-driven, multi-cultural, multi-issue organization that represents a racially diverse and low-income neighborhood in North Minneapolis. They work to combat a long history of environmental injustices that plague the North Side. HNA will use a racial justice organizing framework to stop a train layover facility and ensure that two postponed LRT lines bordering their neighborhood benefit existing residents.
