Neighborhoods Organizing for Change (NOC) builds power in low- and moderate-income communities across the Twin Cities. Their multi-issue and multi-strategy community organizing efforts include "Communities for Excellent Public Schools" campaign, based on a firm belief that community power can improve our public schools, and overcome Minnesota's worst-in-the-nation achievement gap.
