Dena Sage Andrew-Jaja

Dena Sage is the new Administrative Assistant for the African American Leadership Forum, assisting David with workgroup coordination. She has just finished her Social Work degree at Augsburg College and has a passion for working with youth and families, empowering them to succeed. She has had previous internship experience with Washburn Center for Children, working with school aged youth in the Day Treatment Program, with WATCH, an anti-violence nonprofit that protects the rights of women and children that are victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault, and with Bridge for Youth, a homeless youth shelter in Minneapolis.
