Leigh Stepan

Leigh Stepan grew up in a small family owned and operated business in northern Minnesota;  over the years, she has worked in the business of insurance administration in various roles in various sized organizations and is currently a leader in the benefits department for Target Corporation. Leigh serves on the Headwaters Foundation finance committee and is interested in supporting the grassroots, community oriented, social justice work of the Headwaters Foundation. This is the first time Leigh is really taking her support of a cause from financial to an active participant. Leigh is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and lives in Plymouth Minnesota with her partner Kris Arneson and their three dogs.
